Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery time

Orders usually arrive within 10-15 days of being placed. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during the holiday season, bad weather or carrier delays.

Christmas delivery

To receive your order in time for Christmas, please order by December 1. Orders placed after this date may arrive after December 25.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Order tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. You will receive it by email once your order has shipped. Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to update.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 25 days, contact us at santadoggysupport@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it or send a replacement.

Orders with multiple items

Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.
